2009.01.28- Help protect hand made toys!

as an appropriate follow up to my last post, i wanted to draw everyone's attention to a new act that will make handmade toys either very expensive to make or illegal to sell, basically wiping out the entire handmade crafts community.
this act is the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA)
it requires all toy makers to pay $300-$4000 for third party testing of EACH toy made. i can't afford that, and i'm sure my fellow independent crafters can't either.
